We offer a variety of rooms to serve a range of uses. If you have a specific room in mind, please let us know when you make your reservation,

All guestrooms are non-smoking. A smoking area is provided outside.

Pets are prohibited in the Hotel. However, assistance dogs are accepted, provided that they are certified by a company designated by the government of Japan. If you wish to bring an assistance dog on your stay, please contact the Hotel in advance.

Check-in is available after 3 PM. Checkout is available until 11 AM. (Times may vary depending on your plan.) Guests are welcome to leave luggage in the cloakroom before check-in and after checkout.

Final check-in is at 11 PM. If you expect to check in later than originally scheduled, please contact the Hotel.

The Hotel will be happy to hold your luggage for you, so please ask a staff member.
Note: Depending on the details of your reservation, you may be able to use early check-in. Please feel free to inquire.

The front desk can hold your luggage for you. If you wish to send your luggage in advance, please indicate your check-in date and the name of the person making the reservation.

The Hotel accepts VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. Other cards issued overseas are also accepted, provided that they bear the logo of one of the above credit cards on their face. Please note that all payments are processed as a lump sum.

The Hotel does not accept Shimatoku Bucks at this time. We are currently making preparations to accept them.

Yes. The coin-operated washing machines cost ¥XXX per use. The coin-operated dryers cost ¥XXX for every XX minutes. Bills cannot be used.

Yes, we do. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The restaurant does not require reservations, but it can become crowded during certain periods and times of day. If you have made definite plans, reservations are recommended. You can ask about current table availability, reservations, and other matters by e-mail or telephone.

All areas of the Hotel, including the restaurant, are smoke-free at all times. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas.

Yes, children are welcome in the restaurant. The restaurant has chairs for children and children’s tableware. Guests are welcome to bring baby food, which staff members will be happy to warm up.
Babies in strollers are welcome; please ask a staff member for assistance.

Yes. To ensure that guests with food allergies can dine with confidence, our staff can hold detailed consultations with guests to draw up a menu that eliminates any or all of the seven major allergens: Shrimp, crab, wheat, soba, dairy products, eggs and peanuts.

Direct sea lanes serve Kamigoto from the ports of Hakata, Nagasaki and Sasebo. Convenient air access is also available from every part of Japan via Nagasaki Airport and Fukuoka Airport.

Ferries and High-speed Ferries
　*　Nomo Shosen operates a ferry, the Taiko, between Hakata Port and Aokata Port (Goto sea route) that takes 5 hours 55 minutes.
　*　Kyushu Shosen operates two high-speed ferries, the Sea Princess and Sea Angel, between Nagasaki Port and Arikawa Port (Arikawa sea route) that take 1 hour 40 minutes.
　*　Kyushu Shosen operates a high-speed ferry, the Jetfoil Pegasus, between Nagasaki Port and Narao Port (Goto sea route) that takes 1 hour 15 minutes express or 2 hours 10 minutes with a stop at Fukue Port.
　*　Two Kyushu Shosen ferries, the Man’yo and the Tsubaki, travel between Nagasaki Port and Narao Port (Goto sea route) in 2 hours 30 minutes express or 5 hours 20 minutes with stops at Fukue and Narushima.
　*　Goto Sangyo Kisen operates two high-speed ferries, the Big Earth and the Arikawa, between Nagasaki Port and Tainoura Port (Kamigoto sea route) that take 1 hour 40 minutes.
　*　Kyushu Shosen operates two high-speed ferries, the Big Earth II and the Sea Queen, between Sasebo Port and Arikawa Port (Kamigoto sea route) that take 1 hour 25 minutes.
　*　Kyushu Shosen operates a ferry, the Namiji, between Sasebo Port and Arikawa Port (Kamigoto sea route) that takes 2 hours 30 minutes.
　*　Sakito Shosen operates a ferry, the Mishima, between Sasebo Port and Tomozumi Port (the Kamigoto sea route) that takes 3 hours 30 minutes.

By Car
　*　The Hotel is a 15-minute drive from Arikawa Port by own car, rental car or taxi. Take National Route 384 bound for Aokata.
　*　The Hotel is an 11-minute drive from Tainoura Port by own car, rental car or taxi. Take Prefectural Route 22 northbound. Turn left at Hamaguri intersection and take National Route 384 bound for Aokata.
　*　The Hotel is a 30-minute drive from Narao Port by own car, rental car or taxi. Take National Route 384 bound for Aokata and Arikawa.

【By Bus (Saihi Bus)】
　*　From the Arikawa-ko Terminal bus stop, take the bus bound for Aokata or Narao. The ride takes about 20 minutes. Get off at Kamigoto Byoin-mae bus stop in Nagasaki Prefecture and walk 4 minutes.
　*　From the Tainoura bus stop, take the bus bound for Aokata. The ride takes 16 minutes. Get off at Kamigoto Byoin-mae bus stop in Nagasaki Prefecture and walk 4 minutes.
　*　From the Narao-ko Terminal bus stop, take the bus bound for Arikawa Port via the Imazato Tunnel. The ride takes about 60 minutes. Get off at Aokata bus stop and walk 6 minutes.
　*　Take the free shuttle bus (between Narao Port and Arikawa Port) or the free shuttle car (between Arikawa Port and Enokizu) operated by Kyushu Shosen. Get off at Kamigoto Byoin-mae bus stop in Nagasaki Prefecture and walk 4 minutes.

The Hotel does not offer a shuttle service. Please use the public transit service or free shuttle bus service by other providers.
